Please share with anyone in need of food. This Saturday, Rolling Harvest Food Rescue, will have beautiful fresh produce and dairy available in the Klines Court parking lot in Lambertville. Lambertville Mayor Julia Fahl has worked very hard to make this happen to help feed our neighbors in need.
The Klines Court parking lot is behind Wells Fargo Bank in Lambertville and surrounded by Ota-ya Restaurant, Brian's Restaurant, and the Wonderful World of Wines. We will be practicing safe social distancing. Volunteers will be outfitted with masks, gloves and hand sanitizer.
There will be fresh produce and dairy for anyone in need. Please share and tell your friends in need to show up on Saturday from 11-1. Thank you!

What's your favorite Thanksgiving pie? Apple...Pumpkin... How about Pizza Pie? Please join Bert Johnson (President of Delaware Valley Food Pantry) and Evy Inoue on November 7 at Liberty Hall Pizza from 5 pm-9 pm to help support the Delaware Valley Food Pantry this Thanksgiving.
Chris Bryan, master Liberty Hall pizzaiolo, will debut a special Thanksgiving pizza pie featuring country herb turkey sausage, wild mushrooms, cornbread stuffing, candied yams, and a drizzle of cranberry relish sauce. It will be available from Thursday, November 7th through the end of November with proceeds donated to the food pantry. In addition, Liberty Hall will have their full menu of pizza, salads, and desserts and will donate a portion of the proceeds collected that night to anyone who mentions that they are there to support the food pantry.
Bert and Evy will be Guest Pizzaiolos (pizzamakers). Their goal is to help raise money and awareness of DVFP whose mission is to provide food for all those in need in our area. Bert and Evy are thrilled to be working with Chris Bryan, Danny Popkin, and Liberty Hall Pizza and want to thank the Lambertville and New Hope community whose generosity keeps the Delaware Valley Food Pantry open.
In addition, folks can drop off canned goods and non-perishable donations for the food pantry in a large bin in the building lobby all month long. For the holidays, the pantry can especially use canned peas, sweet potatoes, turkey gravy, and boxes of stuffing.
Grand Re-opening of the Delaware Valley Food Pantry
September 21, 2019
It took a small village to put together the best Grand Re-Opening Food Pantry Celebration EVER! It sounds funny -- a "Grand Opening" for a place that's been feeding families since 1955, but we now have a new location, a new name, a new logo, and windows, heating, a/c, a parking lot, and running water - finally!
Thanks so much to all the friends and supporters of the food pantry, the volunteers, the awesome politicians from both sides of the Delaware River, the artists that judged our new logo, the winner of the logo contest, Claudia Miranda, and all the support from local businesses and restaurants including the Bucks County Herald, Shop Rite, and Giant.
And a HUGE thanks to C.J. Lonoff, Joe McGrath, Bert Johnson, Evy Inoue, Cheryl Serdaru, Saunnie Dunne, Thora Faigle and Mila Montemayor for making such a special event happen. The Delaware Valley Food Pantry is ready to feed local families for at least another 55 years!
Thank you also to the best volunteer team in town: Linda, Lillian, Annette, Jody, Pat, Kathy, Leah, Jeanne, Jerry, Sheila, Bernie, Katherine, John, Gerry, Fiona, Karl, Suzanne, Elizabeth, Carol, and Sherry!
